Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end experience for the Business Account, the full-time Senior Product Designer will design user-friendly interfaces for the Merchant Dashboard and Business App, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, activation, and ongoing account management journeys for the Business Account across web and mobile platforms
• Design clear interfaces that simplify complex financial information and enhance user understanding
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and UX Researchers to address merchant and business challenges effectively

Required qualifications

• Proven experience designing digital products, preferably in B2B or fintech environments
• Strong portfolio showcasing craft skills and design expertise
• Experience designing for both web and native mobile platforms (iOS and Android)
• Ability to navigate complex financial and regulatory flows, with KYB/KYC experience being a plus
• Fluency in English is required
