Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Driving the design quality of core product surfaces, the full-time Senior Product Designer will transform complex technical workflows into intuitive user experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for core areas of Runpod's AI infrastructure platform, from discovery through launch and iteration
• Identify UX problems, frame tradeoffs, propose solutions, and drive decisions quickly from ambiguity to action
• Create polished flows, prototypes, and production-ready specs while contributing to the design system for consistency and scalability

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of product design experience, preferably with developer tools, cloud platforms, or AI/ML products
• A strong portfolio showcasing excellent UX thinking and the ability to simplify complex products
• High urgency and ownership with a proven track record in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
• Excellent visual and interaction design skills with attention to detail
• Experience collaborating closely with engineers and product managers to ship complex products
