Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Joining a fast-growing, high-impact product team, the full-time Senior Product Designer will lead the design and implementation of key product features, collaborating cross-functionally to enhance user experience using AI technology in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Leading the design and implementation of product features from conceptualization to delivery using AI agents
• Collaborating with engineers to optimize user experience and deliver front-end code for new features
• Conducting user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on UX solutions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of professional design experience
• Experience with Claude Code, Claude Design, or equivalent AI tooling for user interface production
• Experience facilitating research and user testing
• Experience developing design systems
• Proven ability to collaborate with development teams to push production code
