Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end design process, the full-time Senior Product Designer will lead feature development across mobile and web platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences for coaches, parents, and players in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design process and ship features across mobile and web platforms
• Collaborate with team members to influence product development through a user-centered approach
• Facilitate design sprints and workshops to develop high-quality design solutions

Required qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience designing user-centered experiences
• Proven experience designing and shipping multiple native iOS and Android applications
• Experience integrating AI tools into the design workflow
• Strong portfolio showcasing impact, process, and at least two detailed case studies
• Experience conducting user research and synthesizing findings to inform design decisions
