Job Summary

Driving design for key product areas, the full-time Senior Product Designer will shape end-to-end experiences for income verification in the mortgage sector, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the design process from discovery through launch for borrower, lender, and internal operational experiences
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define problems and deliver high-quality solutions that align user needs with business outcomes
• Simplify complex workflows into user-friendly experiences while ensuring trust and clarity in a sensitive financial domain

Required qualifications

• 5-8+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking
• Experience in complex domains, capable of distilling complexity into simple, usable flows
• Strong product instincts balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
• Ability to independently plan and execute lightweight research and collaborate effectively with researchers
• Detail-oriented with a focus on interaction patterns, content clarity, and accessibility best practices
