Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Product Designer to independently scope business goals into shippable work, drive stakeholder conversations, and execute high-quality UX and UI designs in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Independently scope business opportunities and run discovery processes to identify user needs and design solutions
• Design and ship production-quality UX and UI across product surfaces while ensuring alignment with business outcomes
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and other designers to drive projects from concept to completion

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience with a proven track record of owning problems end-to-end
• Strong UX judgment grounded in business context and user needs
• Hands-on experience using data, research, or analytics as part of the design process
• Familiarity and curiosity with AI tools in the design workflow
• Proven ability to run stakeholder meetings and drive alignment independently
