Senior Product Designer
Job Summary
To support a hybrid work model, the full-time Senior Product Designer will create thoughtful product experiences for e-commerce journeys and internal tools, collaborating closely with product managers and engineers to ensure design solutions meet customer needs and business goals.
Key responsibilities
- Own design projects from problem framing to final delivery, ensuring alignment with customer needs and technical constraints
- Partner with cross-functional teams to shape project scope, facilitate feedback, and drive design decisions forward
- Conduct user research and usability testing to continuously refine product direction and enhance design quality
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Interaction Design, Product Design, Digital Media, or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant product design or UX design experience
- 3+ years designing customer-facing web and mobile experiences
- 2+ years of experience in Figma and applying AI-driven design approaches
- An established portfolio demonstrating problem framing, solution exploration, and customer needs translation
