Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Senior Product Designer, the ideal candidate will drive the user experience from discovery to prototype, establish design standards, and enhance product accessibility while collaborating closely with engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end user experience for specific product verticals, linking design work to user adoption and retention
• Identify and solve ambiguous design challenges, setting direction and interaction standards for new projects
• Create usable prototypes to validate complex user flows before engineering implementation, ensuring minimal rework

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in senior-level product design with a portfolio showcasing significant end-to-end ownership
• Demonstrated ability to build usable prototypes using tools such as HTML, Tailwind, or AI platforms
• Strong understanding of design systems, including components and patterns, ideally with experience in design-system-as-code
• Experience conducting remote user research and translating findings into effective design solutions
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA) and a strong visual design fluency
