Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Building a new product area from the ground up, the full-time Senior Product Designer will design a deals marketplace, loyalty program, and cashback features for a large audience, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop a new product area from concept to production, focusing on user experience and business metrics
• Collaborate with Product Managers and UX Researchers to translate business requirements into effective design solutions
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure high-quality delivery of the product

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience, particularly with consumer products at scale
• Strong understanding of balancing business goals and user needs
• A portfolio showcasing end-to-end ownership of design projects
• Experience working in cross-functional teams with product managers, researchers, and engineers
• High craft standards in visual and interaction design
