Job Summary

Operating remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Product Designer will lead design direction across major product initiatives, shaping product standards and driving impact while collaborating with cross-functional teams to create intuitive user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design direction across major product initiatives, from early problem framing through shipping
• Serve as a design lead across the full product development cycle, owning product surfaces end to end
• Establish and evolve design patterns and principles that elevate the team's product work

Required qualifications

• 7+ years in UX or product design, with a portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft and strategic impact
• Relentless attention to details such as typography, spacing, hierarchy, and interaction feel
• Track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects from concept to launch with minimal oversight
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to articulate design rationale to various audiences
• Updated portfolio of design work available for review
