Job Summary

To support accelerating growth, the full-time Senior Product Designer will specialize in User Access Reviews, focusing on AI-powered access review experiences, while collaborating with product managers and engineers to tackle complex user challenges in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ship amazing products by owning and championing an entire product area to deliver value to customers
• Champion customer obsession through user research to understand pain points and validate design decisions
• Shape the future of the product by collaborating with stakeholders to define features and improvements

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B or complex problem spaces, with a strong design portfolio
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Well-rounded design background with deep knowledge in one or more areas of product design
• Strategic mindset with the ability to align design decisions with business goals
• Curious and eager to learn, with a positive attitude towards new challenges
