Senior Product Designer
Job Summary
Leading product initiatives from concept to UI, the full-time remote Senior Product Designer will manage design projects end to end while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the user experience of Kinsta's dashboard and service layer.
Key responsibilities
- Own design projects from concept through release, ensuring alignment with user needs and business requirements
- Drive discovery by defining what to build based on user research and competitive analysis
- Write clear specifications and run design QA to maintain design intent and uphold the Kinsta Design System
Required qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Product or UX Designer
- Demonstrated experience shipping products from zero to production autonomously
- Experience in a SaaS product environment
- Expert-level proficiency with Figma and experience maintaining a design system
- A portfolio showcasing a case study that details the design process from problem statement to delivered solution
