Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

To shape the end-to-end experiences for income verification in the mortgage sector, the full-time Senior Product Designer will own design processes from discovery to launch, collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams to create intuitive workflows and user-friendly experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Own design for key product areas, managing the process from discovery through launch and iteration
• Simplify complex workflows into clear, user-friendly experiences while ensuring designs align with user needs and business outcomes
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to ensure designs are practical and effective in real-world applications

Required qualifications

• 5-8+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking
• Experience in complex domains, with the ability to distill complexity into simple, usable flows
• Strong product instincts, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
• Ability to independently conduct lightweight research and collaborate effectively with researchers
• Detail-oriented with a focus on interaction patterns, content clarity, and accessibility best practices
