Senior Product Designer
Job Summary
Shaping user experiences for innovative products, the full-time Senior Product Designer will lead end-to-end design processes, from discovery to delivery, while collaborating remotely with clients and cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary design voice for the Squad, partnering with clients to understand user needs and business goals
- Lead the design process from research and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and post-launch iterations
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design directions and identify new opportunities
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on product design experience with ownership of end-to-end design processes
- Proven success in taking products from concept through launch, including 0-to-1 work
- Strong command of Figma and modern design tools, with proficiency in prototyping
- Experience building and maintaining design systems/component libraries at scale
- Working knowledge of user research methods and experience in usability testing
