Senior Product Designer
Job Summary
Leading the customer experience for Draft, the full-time Senior Product Designer will design intuitive workflows and journeys within the LawVu platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance legal work processes in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Build a clear experience vision for Draft by understanding legal team workflows and simplifying complex legal processes
- Drive design discovery through customer insights, prototyping, and usability testing while partnering with Product and Engineering teams
- Apply modern design practices and AI-assisted tools to elevate interaction design, visual quality, and accessibility across the platform
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design, preferably in Legal Tech or complex B2B SaaS
- A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design and iteration
- Proficiency in Figma, design systems, and modern AI-assisted design tools
- Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers to shape design solutions
- Curiosity about legal work and a willingness to develop deep domain expertise
