Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Owning the design process from discovery to delivery, the full-time Senior Product Designer will work remotely or in a hybrid capacity, collaborating closely with engineers to create user-facing experiences for the Bankrate website.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user discovery sessions and usability tests to inform design decisions
• Manage end-to-end design execution, utilizing tools like Figma and AI for prototyping and iteration
• Collaborate with engineers, contributing to design system decisions and ensuring brand and accessibility standards are met

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in product design with a portfolio showcasing discovery-driven design decisions
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality, accessible design work
• Familiarity with front-end development concepts and tools, including GitHub and coding tools
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate proactively with cross-functional teams
• Technical curiosity and comfort in integrating design with engineering processes
