Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

As the founding designer on the Studio team, the full-time Senior Product Designer will partner with a product manager to run validation sprints, utilizing various research methods to assess emerging business opportunities and provide evidence-backed recommendations in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the PM and Strategy team to define and frame testable questions for new business ideas
• Manage end-to-end validation sprints, including research approach selection and synthesis of findings
• Engage real customers through various research methods to gather insights and deliver clear recommendations to leadership

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience, particularly in early-stage startups or new product incubation
• Strong strategic thinking skills with a genuine curiosity about business viability
• Proven ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative research independently
• Experience with prototyping at various fidelity levels, from sketches to interactive models
• Fluency or eagerness to master AI tools for design and research synthesis
