Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Crafting engaging experiences for complex payment products, the remote Senior Product Designer will lead end-to-end design efforts, collaborate cross-functionally, and create intuitive product solutions while working closely with product managers and engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences, including journey maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs that meet user needs and business objectives
• Plan and conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions for continuous product improvement
• Build and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency across products, leveraging AI tools to enhance the design workflow

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience designing B2B digital products, with a strong portfolio demonstrating design impact
• Familiarity with financial products and transaction systems, particularly payment gateways or B2B SaaS platforms
• Proficiency in Figma and experience in building and maintaining design systems
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to enhance design and research processes
• Experience conducting user research and translating findings into actionable design solutions
