Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Crafting engaging experiences for a complex set of payments products, the remote Senior Product Designer will lead end-to-end design efforts, collaborate cross-functionally, and develop intuitive product experiences while managing both new designs and redesigns of existing Payment Gateway products.

Key responsibilities

• Design end-to-end experiences, including journey maps, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Plan and conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions
• Build and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across products

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience designing B2B digital products with a strong portfolio
• Familiarity with financial products, APIs, or transaction systems, particularly payment gateways
• Proficiency in Figma and experience in building and maintaining design systems
• Demonstrated hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance design and research workflows
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing, translating findings into actionable designs
