Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end design process, the full-time remote Senior Product Designer will enhance Degreed's learning and skills platform by leading design initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and integrating AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of features from problem framing through launch, ensuring quality and usability across the platform
• Evaluate workflows to determine the necessity of visible UIs versus AI-driven automation, designing both traditional and conversational interfaces
• Collaborate with product and tech leads to define requirements and present design work while incorporating feedback

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in product design, particularly in enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in user experience design
• Experience with prototyping tools and methods to validate design directions
• Ability to extend and maintain a component-based design system
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
