Senior Product Designer
Job Summary
To create engaging and intuitive experiences for dental professionals, the full-time Senior Product Designer will own the end-to-end UX/UI of the Archy platform, applying systems thinking and integrating AI tools while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end UX/UI for the comprehensive dental platform, ensuring a cohesive user experience
- Apply systems thinking to architect scalable design frameworks that enhance the platform's functionality
- Conduct user research and collaborate with dentists to translate real-world problems into effective design solutions
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of product design experience in fast-growing startup environments, preferably in FinTech or HealthTech
- Strong portfolio showcasing successfully launched projects with strategic and high-fidelity design thinking
- Proven experience in creating and maintaining scalable design systems with reusable components
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and familiarity with HTML/CSS for effective collaboration with engineers
- Deep understanding of accessibility best practices to ensure inclusive design for all users
