Senior Product Designer
Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end user experience for a product, the full-time Senior Product Designer will lead design strategy, interaction design, and visual craft in a remote setting, collaborating closely with product managers and engineers to deliver thoughtful and effective solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end user experience, from early strategy to polished design
- Make strategic design decisions based on product goals and customer needs
- Collaborate with PMs and engineers throughout the product development process
Required qualifications
- Experience designing and shipping live software products, including ownership from concept to launch
- Strong judgment and comfort navigating ambiguity in design processes
- Ability to connect design decisions to customer needs and business outcomes
- Proficiency in both interaction and visual design with a high attention to detail
- Experience or strong interest in K-12 or education technology is a plus
