Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end design for the Coinbase One member experience, the full-time Senior Product Designer will focus on redesigning the member home, creating engagement and retention flows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance subscriber value in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the design of the CB1 Member Home and engagement surfaces across mobile and web
• Drive the redesign initiative for a personalized destination for CB1 subscribers
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to deliver high-quality features efficiently

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in product design for consumer-facing products at scale
• Portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design with evidence of UX thinking and visual craft
• Experience designing membership or engagement-driven products
• Demonstrated ability to ship iteratively in ambiguous problem spaces
• Experience collaborating directly with engineering teams and incorporating technical constraints into design decisions
