Senior Product Designer
Job Summary
Driving high-impact design work end to end, the full-time Senior Product Designer will shape the next generation of marketplace and pack reveal experiences on native and web platforms while influencing product direction at the executive level in a remote-first environment.
Key responsibilities
- Drive design execution across marketplace, pack reveal, and emerging strategic initiatives on native and web platforms
- Own complex, ambiguous, high-impact design challenges from problem framing through final delivery
- Shape product direction and roadmap through close partnership with product, engineering, and operations leaders
Required qualifications
- 5-7+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showcasing exceptional craft in complex, high-scale consumer products
- Experience leading 0 to 1 product initiatives and shaping new product categories
- Strong product judgment and communication skills for aligning cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to influence teams without formal authority
- Deep proficiency in Figma and a forward-looking approach to AI-augmented design workflows
