Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Owning the user experience and interaction quality, the full-time Senior Product Designer will drive the design of intuitive and emotionally resonant experiences for parents navigating early parenthood across web and mobile platforms, while working remotely and leveraging AI-enabled workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Own the experience layer across the customer journey, ensuring coherence and quality in user flows and interaction patterns
• Design and build user experiences that are intuitive and delightful, driving impactful outcomes for the business
• Contribute to and evolve the design system by creating reusable components and defining interaction patterns for consistency across platforms

Required qualifications

• Proven portfolio of shipped consumer product work across web and native mobile
• Experience in conducting generative and evaluative research to inform design decisions
• Ability to write production frontend code and create interactive prototypes rapidly
• Strong understanding of interaction patterns and design conventions relevant to user experience
• Demonstrated capability to track and measure design impact on user metrics
