Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

To elevate the end-to-end user experience across a healthcare technology platform, the full-time Senior Product Designer will design user-friendly interactions for complex health data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the product design vision in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the product design vision for key areas, translating the company's mission into actionable design patterns
• Utilize quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions, ensuring accountability through relevant metrics
• Drive end-to-end design processes, from user research and journey mapping to high-fidelity prototypes and production QA

Required qualifications

• 4-6+ years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating mastery of complex, data-rich UX
• Proven experience designing consumer products at scale, particularly in high-engagement mobile or web applications
• Experience with AI-powered or conversational interfaces, including chat and assistant workflows
• Strong skills in Figma and experience contributing to design systems at scale
• Ability to communicate design rationale and research findings effectively to product and engineering stakeholders
