Senior Product Designer
Job Summary
Experienced in product design, the full-time remote Senior Product Designer will drive the design lifecycle, simplify complex user experiences, and ensure cross-platform design consistency while collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate design challenges and articulate design decisions with clarity and conviction
- Translate complex product concepts into intuitive user experiences for different personas
- Own and evolve a design system that scales across multiple platforms, ensuring a unified product identity
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating enterprise UX depth
- Experience in designing enterprise software, particularly in collaboration or productivity tools
- Deep knowledge of cross-platform design standards for Windows, Mac, web, and mobile
- Proficiency in Figma and active use of AI tools for design work
- Ability to operate independently in fast-paced environments with a strong bias for action
