Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Experienced designers will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Senior Product Designer, responsible for shaping the video experience across web, mobile, and connected TV by delivering high-quality products that engage customers and improve their interaction with high school sports.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design execution for core product features, including streaming interfaces and subscription flows
• Conduct user research and synthesize findings to inform design strategy and validate solutions
• Independently manage complex product initiatives from discovery through launch, ensuring a high standard of design quality

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience with a focus on consumer-facing products
• A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design and experience with B2C products, particularly in streaming or media
• Proficiency in Figma, including complex component structures and scalable systems
• Strong understanding of customer-centered design, user research, and data-informed decision-making
• Curiosity and experience with AI-powered tools to enhance design workflows
