Senior Product Designer
Job Summary
To redefine communication for seniors, the full-time Senior Product Designer will set design strategy across the customer journey, own post-activation outcomes, and create working prototypes in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set design strategy for the entire customer journey, ensuring a cohesive experience across various platforms
- Own outcomes beyond initial activation, focusing on customer adoption and value metrics in collaboration with growth teams
- Create and present full working prototypes using modern AI development tools to stakeholders and customers
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of product design experience with senior ownership at a company with significant scale (e.g., $20M+ ARR)
- Demonstrated design leadership and strategic influence in shaping product and company strategy
- Experience improving onboarding and activation for complex, multi-surface products
- World-class UI, UX, and user research skills
- Ability to establish trust and collaborate effectively with product engineers
