Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

To enhance the student experience for pre-med candidates, the full-time Senior Product Designer will design cohesive marketing site experiences, conduct user research, and establish a premium visual language, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences across marketing channels, from initial engagement to completed purchases
• Conduct market research and analyze user data to inform design decisions and improve conversion rates
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive marketing design system to ensure consistency and usability across platforms

Required qualifications

• Five or more years of experience designing marketing sites, landing pages, or e-commerce funnels
• A strong portfolio demonstrating premium design work and measurable outcomes
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as GA4 and experience with A/B testing
• Excellent written and spoken English skills for effective communication with a distributed team
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new industries, particularly in education or test preparation
