Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

To shape the future of the Marriott Bonvoy App, the full-time Senior Product Designer will lead end-to-end design for mobile app experiences, creating intuitive and engaging customer-centered solutions while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design process for mobile app experiences, from problem framing to production delivery
• Create user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that communicate experience concepts and design solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into user-centered solutions and ensure a high-quality customer experience

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in UX, product design, or interaction design, with a focus on native app design
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Proven experience designing mobile applications and responsive digital experiences for large-scale consumer products
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability standards, and accessibility best practices
• Advanced proficiency with design tools such as Figma and experience with AI-assisted design workflows
