Senior Product Designer
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Product Designer will lead end-to-end design for complex product areas, collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers to create innovative solutions and iterate on designs using AI tools.
Key responsibilities
- Lead design processes from discovery through iteration and delivery for client-facing products and internal tools
- Collaborate with PMs and Engineers to co-create solutions and translate ambiguous problems into structured design approaches
- Develop and maintain design systems and rapidly iterate on designs based on feedback and changing business needs
Required qualifications
- Strong experience in building and evolving design systems
- Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in design workflows
- Demonstrated portfolio showcasing clear thinking, strong structure, and measurable impact
- Ability to navigate complex, interconnected products and simplify ambiguity
