Job Summary
Leading end-to-end design for Merchant AI Assistant experiences, the full-time Senior Product Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance advertiser tools and workflows, focusing on optimizing ad creative and campaign management, while working remotely with occasional in-office collaboration.
Key responsibilities
- Lead design for Merchant AI Assistant experiences, including onboarding and catalog management
- Define cohesive patterns connecting conversational AI with product experiences to assist merchants
- Utilize research and product data to improve workflows and enhance product data quality
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in B2B, commerce, or advertising products
- Strong skills in product discovery and systems thinking
- Experience designing AI or conversational experiences
- Proven ability to collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams
- Bachelor's degree in design or a related field, or equivalent experience
