Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Product Designer to work remotely, who will lead end-to-end design for complex audit workflows, collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams, and drive design execution in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for complex, ambiguous audit workflows, from problem definition through shipped solutions
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering to shape strategy, influence roadmaps, and deliver high-quality implementations
• Translate customer needs and research insights into clear user journeys, interaction models, and polished UI

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a Product Design role, ideally focused on complex, B2B SaaS products
• Experience designing AI-assisted workflows and incorporating AI into design practices
• Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-moving environments with minimal direction
• Strong capability to think in systems and anticipate downstream impacts across workflows
• Demonstrated experience in mentoring peers and contributing to design systems
