Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Bridging the gap between complex technical capabilities and intuitive design, the full-time Senior Product Designer will shape the user experience of the Neptune DX Platform by managing the end-to-end design process, building interactive prototypes, and collaborating with product managers and engineers in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process, from discovery and user research through wireframing, prototyping, and final UI delivery
• Build interactive, code-based prototypes using React, TypeScript, and JavaScript to validate ideas quickly
• Conduct user interviews and usability tests to inform design decisions and maintain Neptune's design system

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product design or UI/UX design, preferably in a B2B or enterprise software environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work across web or desktop applications
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted workflows and the ability to generate, prototype, and iterate quickly
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, TypeScript/JavaScript, and React for building interactive prototypes
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional product teams alongside engineers and product managers
