Senior Product Designer
Job Summary
Owning the design thinking for core product workflows, the full-time Senior Product Designer will collaborate closely with Product Owners and Engineers to create intuitive user experiences for deskless and hourly workforces in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes for complex product workflows, ensuring usability and effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate ambiguous problems into actionable design solutions
- Utilize AI tools to enhance design workflows and streamline communication between design and engineering teams
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Product Design
- Strong experience designing SaaS or B2B products
- Advanced proficiency in Figma
- Experience using AI tools, such as Claude or similar platforms, in the design process
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with Engineers and communicate design decisions effectively
