Senior Product Designer
Job Summary
Owning the design for GrantOS, the full-time remote Staff Product Designer will manage end-to-end design processes across Platform, Core, and enterprise areas, defining data relationships and interaction patterns while driving innovation in greenfield spaces.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design for GrantOS, from discovery through shipping and iteration
- Drive definition in greenfield spaces, framing problems and setting roadmap direction in partnership with the PM
- Conduct user research to synthesize user needs into clear product direction and align cross-functional teams on design decisions
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of product design experience with significant time at staff or principal level, owning entire product domains
- Proven ownership of a platform or core product area in complex B2B or enterprise SaaS
- Experience in shipping net-new product work and defining 0-to-1 areas
- Deep involvement in user research from planning to synthesis into product decisions
- Experience designing agentic or AI-powered product surfaces
