Job Summary
To enhance digital growth channels, the remote Senior Product Designer will own the experience design for homeowner-facing interactions, focusing on improving customer journeys and driving conversion through a 6-month contract position.
Key responsibilities
- Own product design efforts from concept through implementation for homeowner-facing experiences
- Revamp havenenergy.com to improve clarity, build trust, and drive adoption of battery projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research insights into effective UX workflows and designs
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in product, visual, or experience design
- Experience optimizing acquisition/checkout funnels for high-consideration products or services
- Extensive UI/UX experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating measurable outcomes
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including building production-ready prototypes and design libraries
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards and best practices
