Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic Payments team, the part-time hybrid Senior Product Designer will represent design in cross-functional meetings, manage design handoffs to engineers, and leverage design systems to ensure high-quality product delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in cross-functional pod meetings to represent design status and facilitate smooth handoffs to engineering
• Leverage existing design systems and UX Foundations to expand patterns and maintain quality standards
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to define project goals and deliver detailed specifications

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a product designer in a cross-functional team environment
• Proficiency in design systems using Figma, including file organization and auto-layout
• Experience partnering with engineers to manage tradeoffs and ensure product quality
• Ability to deliver detailed specifications to engineering and support during the development process
• Experience working as part of a larger design team, focusing on both individual projects and the overall design system
