Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Joining a collaborative team, the full-time Senior Product Designer will work remotely to support the Payments initiative by representing design in cross-functional meetings, managing the design process, and ensuring quality handoffs to engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Represent design in cross-functional pod meetings, ensuring smooth communication and accurate status updates
• Leverage design systems in Figma to create high-quality solutions and expand patterns as needed
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to define project goals, manage tradeoffs, and deliver detailed specifications

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a product designer in a cross-functional team environment
• Proficiency in design systems and tools, specifically Figma, Claude, and Cursor
• Experience partnering with engineers to ensure quality and alignment of delivered products
• Ability to manage workload independently and set clear expectations for project delivery
• Experience working within a larger design team, considering both individual projects and the overall design system
