Job Summary

To support the B2B division, the full-time Senior Product Designer will design end-to-end onboarding and activation flows for business partners, ensuring a clear and seamless experience while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design end-to-end onboarding and activation flows for business partners, ensuring clarity and simplicity
• Transform complex, document-heavy processes into user-friendly guided experiences with transparent statuses
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective design solutions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience, particularly with complex, logic-heavy products
• Strong systems thinking and ability to simplify regulated processes for users
• Proven product thinking with a balance of business context and partner needs
• A portfolio showcasing end-to-end design ownership from problem framing to production-ready UI
• Experience working in cross-functional teams including product managers, researchers, and engineers
