Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Owning ambiguous design challenges, the full-time remote Senior Product Designer will manage multiple projects, define interaction patterns for agent-driven experiences, and establish design prototypes while mentoring less experienced designers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design process for multiple concurrent projects, transitioning ownership to project teams as work matures
• Define and document interaction patterns while leveraging the design system and component library
• Conduct UX reviews and mentor junior designers to elevate design standards across the team

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of product design experience with a proven track record of delivering well-designed products
• Strong portfolio showcasing complex problem-solving and collaboration on design projects
• Proficiency in Figma, including component-driven architecture and interactive prototypes
• Experience taking ownership of ambiguous design problems without detailed specifications
• Solid understanding of UX, UI, visual, and accessibility design principles
