Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Leading complex design initiatives for consumer experiences, the full-time Senior Product Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance digital healthcare delivery while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design work for web and mobile consumer experiences, translating ambiguous problems into clear design directions
• Partner with UX team members and stakeholders to create cohesive and efficient digital experiences
• Champion a user-centered design approach that balances user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of complex product problems
• Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms, with knowledge of platform-specific patterns and accessibility standards
• Active use of AI tools to enhance design processes, including generative exploration and prototyping
• Preferred experience in digital health, health tech, or high-stakes consumer spaces
