Senior Product Designer
Job Summary
To enhance the onboarding experience for diverse retail clients, the full-time salaried Senior Product Designer will lead design initiatives, optimize user journeys, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while working onsite in Auckland.
Key responsibilities
- Lead design projects with autonomy, facilitating reviews and sessions to develop user-friendly product features
- Design holistic systems and interfaces that improve user experience, utilizing design systems and micro-interactions
- Draw insights from research and data to advocate for user-centric solutions in collaboration with product, engineering, and marketing teams
Required qualifications
- At least 5 years of practical, in-house product, UX/UI design experience
- Strong aesthetic skills to elevate the visual identity of brands
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Google Suite, JIRA, and AI prototyping tools
- Deep understanding of product strategy and the rationale behind design decisions
- Applied experience across various digital and physical platforms, including responsive web and native applications
