Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead their design team remotely in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver designs and solutions that delight users and drive engagement
• Work with Product Managers and leadership to shape strategy, define requirements, and create user-centered solutions
• Manage the design team, including evaluating work, coaching, and performance reviews

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Designer, including 2+ years at a senior level
• Experience designing for an enterprise SaaS platform
• Demonstrated experience solving for complex workflows and usage scenarios
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Figma or similar design tools
