Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of initiatives to enhance the job search experience for healthcare professionals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design product solutions that prioritize the needs of healthcare professionals
• Conduct user research, define requirements, and iterate on design solutions to address identified pain points

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products
• Strong design thinking skills and the ability to identify flaws and improvements in existing products
• Customer-centric mindset with an understanding of the healthcare professional and employer perspectives
• Proficiency in digital design tools, preferably Figma
• Visual design experience and familiarity with design systems and related disciplines
