Job Summary

Leading design initiatives for critical Risk experiences, the full-time Senior Product Designer, Risk will shape product strategy, define AI-driven workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Explore, shape, and prototype new ideas and products within the Risk domain
• Influence product strategy through strong design judgment and storytelling
• Collaborate with various teams to establish design standards and improve user experiences across Stripe's risk and compliance products

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience designing products with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design
• Proven experience leading complex product work in partnership with product management and engineering
• Ability to drive clarity through design in ambiguous spaces
• Track record of influencing cross-functional teams and product direction
• Strong understanding of AI tools and their application in product design
