Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Independently lead the Sleep, Spa, and Accessories categories, ensuring timelines are met
• Lead and coach a team of international coordinators to manage factory communications
• Own the sample pipeline and production approvals, ensuring quality checks are performed

• Proven experience in product development with complex portfolios
• Strong understanding of design aesthetics and market trends
• Expertise in project management tools, particularly Asana
• Ability to work autonomously and make decisive product approvals
• Experience in collaborating with sales and buyers effectively
