Senior Product Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Product Development Manager responsible for leading and managing complex product development initiatives within an Agile framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage product development projects within Agile Release Trains, ensuring alignment with objectives and schedules
• Own end-to-end project management for multiple concurrent product development initiatives, maintaining detailed project plans and status reporting
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive cohesive product delivery and facilitate collaboration sessions to resolve dependencies

Required Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of experience in product development, program management, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional product development projects within an Agile or SAFe framework
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
• Proficiency with project management and Agile tools such as Jira, Rally, or Confluence
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
