Senior Product Development Manager

Job Summary

Leading the operational execution of product innovation, the full-time Senior Product Development Manager will manage cross-functional project timelines and resources, ensuring delivery of wellness products on time and within budget in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the timeline and delivery of the full product development roadmap across cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to scope, quality, and budget requirements
• Build and maintain integrated master project plans and drive disciplined stage-gate execution, including milestone reviews and risk management
• Evaluate and optimize project management tools and processes to enhance team performance and streamline workflows

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus
• 8+ years of project or program management experience, with at least 3+ years in cross-functional product development in a relevant industry
• Familiarity with FDA, FTC, and regulatory considerations for wellness or healthcare product development is a plus
• PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, or comparable certification preferred
• Proven experience using project management tools such as Smartsheet, Monday, or Jira
